I've been using bytemark. It's very nice too, although the RAM limitations are pretty steep in the base level account type. I pretty much would need to upgrade if I wanted to run a PHP/MySQL site. But for Python/mod_python or PHP w/out MySQL it's been fine. You get a lot more disk space.
